Join us for an evening at Mates4Mates, Hobart to find out how yoga saves lives and helps war veterans and others recover from posttraumatic stress disorder.

WHAT:  Help Create Hope is an evening of information and sharing to give our local community the opportunity to learn more about how yoga helps war veterans and others manage and heal the effects of posttraumatic stress disorder, restoring health, happiness and purpose to life.

Meet the veteran yogis, hear talks and stories, satisfy your curiosity with Q&A, watch our award-winning doco,
Heroes of Peace and contribute to the publishing of a new book - Hope: How Yoga Heals the Scars of Trauma by Helen Cushing, the veterans' yoga teacher. Refreshments will be served (provided by the veterans and families).

WHEN: Thursday 25th February, 6-7.30pm
WHERE: Mates4Mates, 206 New Town Rd, New Town (entrance off Montagu St) Tasmania.
COST: It's free but we are collecting donations to help publish our book and you can order a copy.
ENQUIRIES: Mates4Mates 03 6242 8940     tasmania@mates4mates.org |
