Meditation trains you to observe your thoughts, reactions and feelings, taking a step back and recognising that you can take control and manage your own mental patterns. Yoga for Mood Management is a 10-week course that guides you through a selection of yoga practices, attitudes and understandings to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, mood swings, panic, insomnia and posttraumatic stress .
